I came to Thessaloniki as an Erasmus student and I was so lucky that many of my next-door neighbors in Kalis Elpidos were also Erasmus students. For me, it was a pleasure meeting my neighbors. The rooms were lovely, and I had the chance to decorate them as I’d like. Any problems were dealt with as quickly as possible. For example, during my stay in Kalis Elpidos, there was an issue with the washing’s machines, and they replaced them the next day with brand new ones.

I am renting a single studio in Kalis Elpidos for 3 years now. Since my first day, I am extremely impressed with the conditions of the rooms and the quick response to any problem. Marios does a fantastic job. He is both friendly and professional. I would totally recommend the studios to anyone living on a budget. They are in an excellent neighborhood and next to the universities.

I came to rent a house for my daughter and Thessaloniki Student Housing was one of our top choices. The owner spent a considerable amount of time with us, answering our questions and allaying our fears. We were so impressed that we signed on immediately. The studios are safely guarded, and the area is very student safe. Moreover, the studios didn’t lack anything, so it was easy to move in without fuss.
